Cllr Clare Pritchard, Deputy Leader of HBC, has initiated a Pennine Lancashire Group made up of members, officers and the Lancashire Constabulary to look at issues surrounding gypsies and travellers. Cllr Prichard brought the issue to Full Council on 24th January 2013 and it was supported by all Councillors. Hyndburn has become the first local authority to endorse this document and it can be viewed here:
