Former Councillor Stan Horne passes away

Former Rishton councillor Stan Horne has passed away. Stan was an elected representative of the Conservative party until 2011. The Hyndburn Labour group would like to pass on their condolences to his friends and family.

    Even though i only knew stan for less than 2years and i shall remember him as a loving father and great friend. GOD BLESS YOU STAN
