Clive Grunshaw: First week in office as PCC

Clive Grunshaw marked his first day as Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) for Lancashire by meeting policing students at the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) on November 22nd 2012. The Commissioner spent the day at UCLan, where he gave his first speech as PCC before taking questions from students and local media.
