Clearance work is now finished in the Booth Street/Royd St blocks of the Woodnook regeneration project.
Cllr Clare Pritchard, Deputy Leader of the Council and portfolio holder for Housing and Regeneration said, "It's taken a while but we are really seeing a huge difference in the project now, if building work remains on schedule then we should see people back living in these properties by Christmas 2013."
