HBC: Town Crier to read Queen's 90th Birthday Proclamation - 21st April 2016

Local people are invited to Accrington town centre at 1.00pm on 21st April to see the Queen’s 90th Birthday proclaimed by Town Crier, Rawden Kerr.

The Town Crier will read the official 90th Birthday proclamation at 1pm on 21st April, in front of Accrington Town Hall.

The Mayor and Mayoress of Hyndburn will attend the event to celebrate the Queen’s 90th birthday and all members of the public are warmly invited to attend.
