The annual Hyndburn Community Sports Award ceremony was held at Accrington Town Hall on Thursday 18th September and was organised by Hyndburn Leisure Trust.
Mayor Munsif Dad introduced the eveing by saying, "Welcome to the 10th annual Hyndburn Sports Awards which recognise some of the best sporting people in our borough. I am delighted to see such a mix of sporting nominees from across Hyndburn at all levels."
Cabinet Member for Education, Leisure and The Arts, Cllr Ken Moss, said, "It's a honour to present these awards because they don't just reward achievement but show that commitment to any community activity will be recognised by others.
