The leader of the Conservative group on Lancashire County Council has been accused of expletive-laden language towards opposition members at County Hall. The incident happened on the day of Sir Tom Finney's funeral in Preston and comes just months after a reports of a similar incident involving Cllr Driver at a post-election confrontation.
