At 11am on Tuesday the 11th November, Armistice Day, the nation will pause for two minutes to reflect on the sacrifices of our service men and women from conflicts past and present.
Members of the public are invited to join the Mayor, the Royal British Legion and Council members outside the Town Hall at 11 a.m. to mark the silence.
The start and finish of the two minutes silence will be marked by a maroon flare.
