Small Business Saturday - 6th December 2014

Saturday 6th December is ‘Small Business Saturday’, which is a national campaign to promote and support local traders in the UK. Shoppers are encouraged to come into Accrington town centre and our other townships to support our hardworking independent traders and stock up for Christmas.

Councillor Clare Cleary said; “Our small businesses and independent traders are the lifeblood of our towns. There are over 250 shops and services in Accrington town centre alone. They are hardworking, provide a great service and employ lots of people. Please show them your support by paying them a visit.”
