LCC: Cabinet member for Finance writes to Prime Minister over cuts

The Cabinet member for Finance at Lancashire Counmty Council, Cllr David Borrow, has written to Prime Minister David Cameron regarding the scale and severe impact of cuts on social care services. £520m has now been withdrawn from LCC since 2010, with a further £66m reduction this year, but a last minute decision by the government saw these cuts increase by a third to £88m with no prior warning.
