With special guest chef Gizzi Erskine - Gizzi will be performing three demos in the cookery theatre on Saturday 12 April.
Tickets will be allocated on a first come first serve basis and numbers are limited so arrive early to avoid disappointment.

Over 50 exhibitors from Lancashire and beyond will be on hand to tempt you with a huge selection of food favourites ranging from handmade flapjacks, cheesecakes to olives and artisan bread. Pilkingtons buses have very kindly offered free travel on their buses to Food Festival visitors. Pick up a flyer from the Town Hall or other Council buildings and produce this flyer on any Pilkington bus over the Festival weekend to take advantage of this fantastic offer.
