Great Harwood: Out and about around Northcliffe

photo

Milnshaw Councillor and Cabinet member for Waste  at Hyndburn Borough Council Paul Cox joined County Councillor and 2014 Overton Candidate Jenny Nedwell knocking on doors around Northcliffe this week.
Jenny picked up a number of issues, many asking as to what the current plans are with regard to the Sunday Market,
Jenny said “everybody is thrilled with the successes of the Farmers Market and I believe that it will continue to grow. Especially when the fantastic Pennine reach project is complete which will see close to £200,000 spent on the renovation of the entire town square, making more room for stalls the installation of electricity sockets and the relaying of the historical cobbles.
“Great Harwood should be proud to retain its Market Charter.”
