Clayton-le-Moors 2015: Labour gain

Melissa Fisher has won the Clayton-le-Moors local election and secured her first term as one of the two ward Councillors. The count took place in the newly-refurbished Town Hall at 11.00am on 8th May 2015 and Melissa will now hold her position until 2019.

The results were as follows:
  • Melissa Fisher (Labour) - 951
  • Stephen Brierley (Conservative) - 776
  • Liam Clark (UKIP) - 535

The total percentage of voters who turned out in Clayton-le-Moors was 61.88%.
