Rishton: Dog waste bin at Eachill Gardens
The Rishton Councillors have received complaints that the dog waste bin at Eachill Gardens has been full to overflowing recently and this has now been passed to the Waste Services department for investigation.
The bin has now been emptied but will be monitored to see whether the location needs further facilities.
